Real Estate Company Property Manager Job in Nairobi Kenya

A Real Estate firm seeks to recruit a Property Manager. The ideal candidate will sell property and maintain rentals by advertising and filling vacancies; negotiating and enforcing leases; maintaining and securing premises.Demonstrate ability to understand financial goals, operate asset in owners’ best interest in accordance with the agreed contract.Ensure all administrative paperwork is accurate, complete and submitted on a timely basis. Consistently use successful techniques and company directives to screen, hire, orient and train new personnel.Plan weekly/daily office staff schedules and assignments. Ensure that all service requests are recorded and communicated appropriately to maintenance.Look after buildings, housing, industrial spaces and other property to make sure it is in good working order, looks clean and well-maintained.Interview potential renters to discuss leasing and property rules, collect rent or association fees.Create budgets and make sure the buildings comply with all laws.Ensure that all activities are conducted in compliance with all local landlord/tenant and real estate laws.Handle financial operations, including preparing financial statements for owners or investors, taxes, insurance dues, payroll and payroll taxes.Diploma/ Degree in Civil Engineering/ Property ManagementDegree in Business Administration is an added advantage.At least 3 years of experience in real estate sales.Excellent Customer Service, Negotiating, Organizational and communication Skills.Must have proven ability to successfully work with people, understand and explain financial reports and capital projectsIf you meet the requirement of the above position, please submit an application including a detailed CV, your postal, e-mail and telephone contacts, names and addresses of three referees, indicating the position you are applying for on the subject line to fm8251@gmail.com  to reach us not later than 23rd September 2014.
