Our client, an energy company is looking for Sales Executives. The main responsibility for the role is to increase sales volume and maximize market share.
Key responsibilities:
• Delivery of set volumes and revenue targets for the company.
• Preparation of weekly, monthly and annual demand forecasts and sales plan.
• Providing management with regular market intelligence on volume and value share, competitor activities and overall demand patterns.
• Recommending the appointment of distributors and/or engagement of any other direct customers from the region.
• Analysing sales trends and variance’s and advising the management on appropriate strategies and actions to enable the company meet its objectives.
• Establishing and ensuring maintenance of good corporate relations with stakeholders in the region.

Description:

• Prepare financial/cost accounting reports for branch management and CSO staff to assist in decision making.

Reports to the Group Chief Executive Officer

The overall objective of the position is to provide efficient and responsive
administrative, organizational and logistical service to the Group CEO helping him to
optimize his time utilization.

The main responsibilities include;

• Manage and maintain the Group CEO’s diary
• Filter emails, highlight urgent correspondences and print attachments
• Conduct weekly diary meetings with the Group CEO to discuss upcoming engagements, invitations and other requests
• Schedule on behalf of the Group CEO meetings between him and his direct reports and the committees and groups to which he is a member
• Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements for the Group CEO
• Filter general information, queries, phone calls and invitations to the Group CEO by directing or taking forward such contact as appropriate
