Motivate We Consulting (MWC) is one of the leading firms in Executive Search and Selection in the region. We seek to fill up the following positions, for one of our clients in the Aviation industry: Offer support and the maintenance operations by preparing, planning and forecasting aircraft maintenance tasks for scheduled maintenance and modificationsResponsible for project plans and for checks used by maintenance, aircraft maintenance programs and updatingDefine materials and tools required for routine maintenanceA Degree or equivalent in Aeronautical / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering disciplines OR "A" level Education with ICAI Type II license with minimum 6 years Technical experienceCAT X Licensed Aircraft Engineer
Kenyan aircraft maintenance engineer’s license category X (electrical, instruments, autopilot, compass)Minimum 5 years experience on Cessna 208 series aircraftsWillingness to work out of the country from time to time in bases that the company has operationsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skillsAbility to work independently and with minimum supervision.Aircraft Maintenance Engineers A&C And Avionics (DHC-8) 

Qualifications and experience
Kenyan aircraft maintenance engineer’s license category A and CType ratings on PT6A series engines and C208 airframesInitial DHC-8 (100or 300) type ratingPW120 or 123 Line/ heavy maintenance trainingAt least 5 years DHC-8 experience of which 1 year must be as an inspector for DHC-8 aircraftKenya Civil Aviation Authority Basic A&C licenseOther aircraft type experience would be an added advantageGood communication, interpersonal and problem solving skillsAble to work independently and with minimum supervision.
