Aviation Company Revenue Officer and Inventory & Assets Manager Jobs in Kenya

Motivate We Consulting (MWC), a leading firm in executive search seeks to fill up the following positions for one of its clients in the Aviation industry:
Key Specifications and Requirements Monitoring, validating and influencing segment forecast Recognizing and pro-actively adjusting forecast to changing passenger flows due to market events, economies, schedules, competition etc. Setting up and maintaining communication links with the various Sales and other relevant departments to ensure coordination and flow of feedback of market conditions and feedback Monitoring booking behavior to ensure that the segment demand develops as expected and take corrective actions when necessary Develop competitive fares and conditions of sale per market, per route to meet the set targets in terms of revenue, yield and passenger numbers A degree with strong emphasis on a business related field e.g., Statistics, Economics Mathematics or Commerce. Excellent skills in analysis for high quality commercial solutions Strong planning and project management skills Flexible attitude towards frequently changing priorities and demands Previous Revenue Management experience preferred Revenue Management experience in the airline industry is an added advantage Knowledge of fares, ticketing and reservation systems an added advantageKey Specifications and Requirements He/she should possess a degree with a preference in Logistics or related discipline He/ she must have five (5) or more years experience in Stockroom Management Preferably within the aviation industry. The individual should also have two (2) or more years of proven supervisory experience Must possess Technical Proficiency in the areas of inventory control and warehouse management. Must have the ability to get results through employee involvement and engagement. Must have the ability to lead and develop others. Must have strong organizational, analytical, self management and goal setting skills. He/she should be an energetic team player with demonstrated interpersonal skills.How to Apply
