Coordinate, manage and monitor the plans workings of various departments in the organization. Assist HR in recruitment and placement of required staff; orientation, counselling and disciplining staff, delegation of tasks and accountabilities.Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections.Builds company image through ethical relations and business practices with government, community, local organizations, and staff.Ensure beneficiary and organizational file integrity.Coordinates efforts by ensuring transparent and ethical procurement, quality and efficient production, marketing, field, and technical services policies and practices.Oversee preparation and control operational budgets, regular variance statements and annual audit.A minimum of 5 years having excelled in areas of Performance Management, Staffing, Management Proficiency, Coordination, Coaching, Meeting Standards and Quality Assurance, Financial Planning and Strategy, Process Improvement, Decision Making, Strategic Planning, Quality Management.A minimum of 3 years of experience working with a board of directors and committees.Masters Degree or equivalent working experience in Labour Management, Business, or HR from a recognized institution or five years of non-profit related work experience.Monthly gross salary: Ksh.150,000 - 200,000/= (Approx. 1,700 - 2,300 USD)depending on experience
