Position: Amharic Speaking Sales PeopleJob Ref.:

UA713314Location: Nairobi

Our client is looking for Sales People fluent in Amharic to help market their range of Tablets.

The selected individual(s) will be required to provide technical support and exceptional customer experience to customers in a highly professional and technical manner.Duties and Responsibilities:-

Source for new customers while maintaining and managing old ones

Recognize opportunities for cross selling to customers, by advising on new and existing services which may suit their requirements.

Patiently listens and responds to customer queries.

Understand and adhere to the escalation process.

Maintain customer experience levels within the quality standards stipulated.

Handle objections by building rapport with customers.

Provide peer support to other team members in an effort to improve overall team performance

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

At least a Degree from a recognized tertiary institution

Aged not less than 25 years old

Excellent spoken and written skills in English and also in Amharic.

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

Good general hardware and software knowledge.

Ability to understand and solve technical problems.

Two (2) years in a sales, marketing, and/or business development role.

Must have a strong customer service orientation.

Passion for personal communication devices will be a major plus

Strong negotiation and diplomacy skills

An innate ability in conversing and building relations with the customer

Ability to communicate with others clearly, effectively and with respect

A natural desire to achieve and drive the best results possible for the brand

Ability to both follow direction and work using your own initiative, proactively assisting customers and dealing with situations quickly and efficiently

Confident in approach, with strong listening skills

Previous experience in achieving targets as part of a team and individually
