Job Summary: To develop, maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Advise department managers on relevant Company policy and other HR issues.


• Legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable Employment laws.


• Manage company payroll


• Manage recruitment and separation process.


• Plan and conduct new employee orientation.


• Maintain employee records on the HR system


• Coordinate management training on relevant HR matters.


• Ensure effective employee performance management across the group.


• Develop and manage compensation and benefits structures across the group.


• Prepare budget of human resources operations.


• Prepare relevant HR reports.


• Coordinate corporate affairs and CSR activities.


• Manage internal communication.


• Implement HR policy


• Recommend Medical Scheme Provider


• Recommend training schedules and trainers


• Recommend HR Systems


• Recommend service providers such as recruiters, catering, cleaning firm, etc


• Recommend compensation and benefits

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 3 years’ experience in HR


• A university degree, Diploma in Human Resources Management is a must


• Excellent human resource management skills


• IT proficient


• Excellent communication skills
