Job Summary: To develop, maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Primary Responsibilities:
Advise department managers on relevant Company policy and other HR issues.
Legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable Employment laws.
Manage company payroll
Manage recruitment and separation process.
Plan and conduct new employee orientation.
Maintain employee records on the HR system
Coordinate management training on relevant HR matters.
Ensure effective employee performance management across the group.
Develop and manage compensation and benefits structures across the group.
Prepare budget of human resources operations.
Prepare relevant HR reports.
Coordinate corporate affairs and CSR activities.
Manage internal communication.
Implement HR policy
Recommend Medical Scheme Provider
Recommend training schedules and trainers
Recommend HR Systems
Recommend service providers such as recruiters, catering, cleaning firm, etc
Recommend compensation and benefits
Qualifications and Experience
At least 3 years’ experience in HR
A university degree, Diploma in Human Resources Management is a must
Excellent human resource management skills
IT proficient
Excellent communication skills
