Purpose
Business Connexion, SA’s Leading ICT Service Provider seeks the expertise of a Service Integration Manager to join their Kenya team.
the successful incumbent will be responsible for planning, managing and directing Systems Integration consultancy which provides company technologies, systems and processes to assigned customers to enable them to gain competitive advantage.
Manage client relationships at senior management level MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Technical:
Expert or professional that has guided developed and influenced practice in the Service Integration area, with a minimum experience of between 4 and 6 years. Requires detailed knowledge of principles and concepts related to Client Services management and substantial knowledge of other functions.
Leadership: Management role that managed 10 – 20 specialists or professionals for between 4 and 6 years. Made a strategic contribution by using the team and the advice of functional staff to envision all possible practices and systems that might be used for delivery and selecting those that are within budget and appropriate for local conditions. Experience in decision-making that directly impacted an Operational Area: Operational:
Experience across multiple sectors including IT, Project Management, Services Integration, Client Services and or Consultancy Sector. Managed medium sized projects. Had responsibility for budgets at a business unit level. Has exposure to cross-cultural experiences.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborated with multiple or larger groups of internal and external stakeholders on senior management level.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Management.

Completed between 4 and 6 years of company specific on-the-job training.
Certificate: Project Management or ITIL Foundation
