Our client who is a multinational manufacturing firm in the FMCG industry is currently looking to fill the position of a HR Manager to be in charge of the Human Resource department

HR Manager Job Duties and responsibilities.

Recruitment and staffing

Departmental planning

Performance management

HR Policy development, documentation and implementation

Staff development, welfare and motivation

Industrial relations and compliance with labor laws

Budgeting

KPI based reporting.
Minimum Requirements for HR Manager Jobs in Kenya

Graduate in HRM from a recognized university

Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management

A member of Institute Of Human Resource Management (IHRM K)

At least 5 years’ experience in a busy manufacturing environment

Well versed in the use of computers both as a working and reporting tool

Proven supervision, communication, problem solving and reporting skills.
