Action Africa Help International (AAH-I) is an African-led, regional organisation, working in East and Southern Africa to improve the lives of livelihood-challenged communities. AAH-I has country programmes in Kenya, Somalia, South Sudan, Uganda, and Zambia. It brings over 20 years’ experience working with communities in conflict and post-conflict situations, including refugees, internally displaced people, host communities, pastoralists and communities in urban slums.
Action Africa Help International (AAH-I) is recruiting the following positions:
a) Human Resource Manager – who will provide a professional HR service and manage the administration functions of the organization in a manner that ensures there is a conducive working environment, a skilled and motivated workforce that facilitates the achievement of the organizational objectives, and compliance with employment legislature in all countries of operation.
Qualifications and Experience
· A first degree in HR management, business administration or the social sciences;
· A Diploma in HR Management;
· 5 – 7 years experience in a similar or higher position.
