The incumbent will be responsible for developing working relations with Key customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the Sales including Tender preparation
- Responsible for achieving budgets – Sales
- Manage the Key Accounts
- Develop working relations with Key customers.
- Tender business, Preparing Technical and commercial Offers
- Develop working relationship with ministries, consultants, third party service providers etc.
- To keep track of competition move, their products, price, performance
- Responsible for keeping the Principals updated about the market information and competition activities
Improving Customer Services:
- To be responsible for customer satisfaction.
- To be committed in delivering services to exceed customer expectation
- Execute assignments with sense of urgency.
- To take the ownership of the assignments.
- To liaise effectively with the Legal Departmental Managers
- To develop team work
- Provide onsite training to sales staff and involve them in departmental achievements.
Qualifications
- Should be a preferably a Bachelors of Commerce graduate from a premier institute with post-graduation in management specialized in Sales/marketing from a reputed institution.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Sales and at least 5 years in managerial position.
- Should have experience in selling services.
- Should be computer savvy and should be proficient in MS Office.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a diverse group of individuals and in a team of multi cultures at all organizational levels, both inside and outside of the organization
- Should be able to respond well to pressure
- Candidate must be organized and methodical
- Must possess exceptional communication skills

- Must be able to motivate and inspire a team
- Should be well presented with a professional manner
- Quality of being persuasive and diplomatic should be present
- Must have a good business awareness
