Job Description: A telemarketer representative contacts targeted leads to improve the efficiency and productivity of the sales department by feeding them fewer, higher quality leads.

Furthermore, proactively promote the company’s solutions.

He/ she will represent eMomentum in a professional and courteous manner. He/she adds customer information into the database and updates information on contacts, leads, prospects and returning customers.

He/she answers basic questions that customers have with regard to the company, organization, product or service.

He logs the deposition of each communication into the customer relationship management system.

Telemarketer Job Responsibilities

Increase the lead pipeline base by communicating to new contacts/leads to promote and inform about eMomentum solutions

Use the marketing qualification process so we can build long-term relationships rather than low bids.

Interview customers (customer profiling) instead of pitching products.

Qualify leads by following the marketing lead criteria such as name, organization, size, industry, title, requesting consultation etc. Furthermore record reactions of potential prospects contacted.

Conduct client and market survey to obtain information about potential customers in the verticals target from sources such as telephone directories, lists purchased from other organizations and any other reliable sources.

Think and respond like a business consultant.

Understand different buyer types and behaviors so you can adapt to each style and create positive chemistry.

Determine an optimum strategy for advantage over the competition.

Differentiate your solution and company Deal with multi-level sales structures.

Determine opportunity areas for adding value to a customer’s business.

He or she needs to fulfill the basic duties such as handling incoming complaints, requests and suggestions from customers through by e-mail and processing their requests and complaints.

He or she has the duty to transfer complex inquiries to appropriate marketing or account manager dependent on the scenario.

On-the-job training. However an added advantage of social media skills.

Skills Required

Must also possess excellent oral communication skills and listening skills.

Must be confident and not afraid of rejection.

Must be engaging in conversation.

Must be self motivated to perform a repetitive action.

Possess knowledge of the solutions for promotional purposes

Understand the difference between telephone and face-to-face marketing/selling.
