Job Description: One Acre Fund is a rapidly growing organization; to facilitate our rapid growth and expansion, we are hiring for an Office Operations Manager for our Nyanza Head Quarters located in Kisii, Kenya.  
One Acre Fund is seeking a highly motivated, qualified candidate with 3-5 years management experience who is interested in building up a high functioning, professional work environment in the Nyanza Head Quarters. 

Contract details: One Year renewable subject to performance

Job Description

We are seeking for an office manager who will manage our district office in Nyanza.One Acre Fund is looking for young hardworking and talented candidates who are committed to making a difference in farmers’ lives.

Primary Duties

Managing all staff HR files    Providing  Field Director with up-to date HR documents and templatesEnsure that all staff are aware of current HR policies and that new policies are disseminated effectivelyOversee payroll submissions and staff loansOverall responsibility for the logistics, scheduling and materials preparation for staff selection or onboardingTracking all leave and disciplinary actions taken by and against employeesEnsure any staff timesheets are correctly signed and processed each monthPutting together district budgets and procurement requestsEnsuring prompt and accurate payment of casuals and all other district related paymentsCollecting and filing receipts for all transactionsManage the district emergency buffer and expense logReceive inventory and materials at Monday Meetings, signing off on amounts and distributing to field staff as appropriateSubmitting documentation of receipt of goods back to the logistics team    Coordinate preparation/logistics for district meetings/trainingsAssisting FD in compiling KPIs and other district data entry tasksGeneral organization of the district/hub office and maintaining supplies of stationary and equipmentRepresenting One Acre Fund as the front face of the OfficeMaintain communication and relationships with district relevant vendorsIf you have skills and experience in these areas, please highlight them in your resume.
