 LPG Frontline Technical Support
Reporting to LPG Sales Manager, the LPG Frontline Technical Support will be responsible for ensuring that the design, installation and maintenance of LPG facilities at customer’s premises is in line with Group LPG Technical guidelines.

Key Performance areas for the role:

Draw up, obtain approval and co-ordinate the implementation of LPG Health Safety Security & Environment (HSSE) plans.Monitor, evaluate and report performance against departmental Health Safety Security & Environment (HSSE) plans and targetsMonitor Health Safety Security & Environment (HSSE) legislation and advise line management on correct implementation.Provide support in investigation of all reportable and potential accidents.Commission, decommission and design LPG installations and ensure that these are erected at customer premises in a timely, efficient and safe manner, in accordance with Group Safety Standards & Policies within agreed timeframes and budgets.Supervise & coordinate outsourced LPG maintenance services and to evaluate, train & supervise the various contractors.Plan and implement an inspection and maintenance programme for LPG tanks at customer premises in line with our HSSE Management System proactive culture.Provide advice, support and training to customers, contractors and LPG sales staff on safe and efficient use of LPG. Reporting to the LOBP Manager, the Production Supervisor will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, monitoring and controlling all lubes production and components (base oils and additives) receipt activities while ensuring that all processes meet the Shell Lubricants Quality System (LQS) and HSSE standards.

The Production Supervisor also accounts for stocks of base oils, additives, blended and filled products to meet allowable loss/gain targets.

Key Performance areas for the role:
* Schedule and execute production programmes to ensure production volumes meet production plans (by product type, quality, quantity, timing).
* Manages Ship-to-Shore Operations for base oil receipts, packed additives receipts and bulk loadings.
* Ensure production eesource levels and shifts are organized, enabling Production volumes to be achieved, including having competent contracted staff assigned duties.
* Pro-actively manage the integration of production activities with production plans.
* Ensure production activities are carried out in accordance to LQS, HSSE (Health, Safety, Security and Environment) procedures and ISO 9000:2000 standards are upheld at all times.
* At least a University Degree preferably in Production or Engineering from a recognized institution.
* At least 3 years working experience in a production environment.
* Experience in managing a large number of workforce.
* Knowledge of HSSE and ISO standards is essential. Customer Service Centre Co-ordinator
Reporting to the Customer Service Centre Team Leader, the Customer Service Co-ordinator will be responsible for taking all customer calls, log in orders, maintenance requests, complaints updating open calls from time to time, answering to their queries while ensuring smooth interface with other departments like Central Scheduling.

* Receive inbound service calls or receive visiting customer requests

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Filling Assistant will be responsible for co-ordinating all filling activities in accordance with LQS and ISO 9001:2000 requirements while adhering to HSSE standards to meet set filling targets. Key Performance areas for the role:
* Co-ordinate all filling operations in accordance with described LQS, HSSE (Health, Safety, Security and Environment) guidelines and ISO 9001:2000 standards.
* Ensure Filling operations meet the agreed production plan volumes as set in the monthly plans and daily production plan adherence (PPA) meetings.
* Ensure the right packs are released to the filling lines and periodic checks done on weights, capping, sealing and packing of the product to ensure standards are upheld.
