Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate’s principal purpose will be to improve site performance by utilizing Lean Sigma principles and Operational Excellence tools and methodology in order to achieve business goals and targets.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Making recommendations and implementing projects that would deliver incremental savings on a year to year basis based on Central OE and Site KPI’s.
* Engages with organizational staff on Operational Excellence tools and methodology.
* Interacts with entire site and manages cross functional project teams.
* Designs and implements performance measures to monitor improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS & KNOWLEDGE

* 2 years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
