Pro-actively marketing and selling company products to potential customers.

Reporting Lines

PURPOSE:
The role of the Regional People and Culture Partner is to provide leadership and strategic direction for the People and Culture function within the region according to Plan’s global People and Culture principles and policies and global best practices cognizant with the local environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Preparation of the regional People and Culture budgets and review of all country P & C budgets
• Implementation of consistent People and Culture policy and practices that supports the diversity and inclusion policy in the areas of Resourcing, Reward and Staff Development

Purpose of the position: Provide P&C strategic, technical and administrative support, while facilitating teamwork that will enhance efficient and effective service delivery necessary to maintain a healthy People & culture environment, to all stakeholders that include:

Educational level required:
