Our client based in industrial area requires an Invoicing Clerk
 

Salary: KES 28,000

Description

• Matric Essential, CPA II or KATC Final


• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Invoicing in manufacturing or related sector


• Computer Literate – Strong Excel / Word / Outlook


• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills prerequisite


• Able to handle pressure


• Willing to work overtime should circumstances arise


• Strong attention to detail is essential


• Self-motivated

 

Primary Duties:

• Handling account enquiries


• Receiving goods into the financial system


• Generating invoices


• Arranging delivery of stock


• Arranging delivery of invoices and statements


• Ensuring that Standard Operating Procedures are complied with at all times
