Our Client is currently recruiting a Marketing Intern

Statement of the job:

The holder is responsible for providing personalized bulk water delivery services to all customers.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Customer Relations

Expanding the customer base

Overseeing customer relations and retention

Managing key accounts

Sourcing and handling of tenders

Assist in delivery schedules and debt collection.

Maintain good client relation and provide prompt and efficient service to customers as per their requirements.

Identify and solve customers’ problems and deal with their general complaints.

 Updating/ maintaining customer records contact names, addresses and telephone numbers.

Adhere to the set company policies, rules and regulations.

Undertake any other related duties as may be required or called upon to perform by management from time to time in line with the smooth running of the business.
