Job Summary

The position will be responsible for assisting in planning and execution of efficient operational performance of the AFK Department, service delivery and assisting in the leadership of the AFK team.
Sales Job Key Responsibilities

Maintaining good working relationships with agents/direct clients and prospective clients.

Marketing company’s products to our intermediaries and clients and prospective sources of business.

Demonstrating products and services to existing and potential clients which best suits their needs.

Development and preparation of competitive quotations/tender forms to donor organizations, NGO’s, Government bodies, international clients and follow up for closing instructions within the set standards and time lines.

Act as a link between integrated project team and Management to ensure smooth operational flow and delivery.

Ensuring that all enquiries by clients or prospective clients are responded to within the set turnaround time.

Responsible for ensuring team members deliver as per laid down service levels.

Conducting market intelligence on competitor activities.

Assist in training of new staff on work procedures and company policies to ensure effective client service.

Work closely with partners to identify, develop and implement innovative agricultural products that meet current market need.

Work closely with farmers and other stakeholders to identify ways of entrenching agricultural products offered by the Company.

Ensure that agricultural premium income targets are achieved.

Overseeing operational/administrative duties are acted upon.
Qualifications For Sales Jobs in Kenya


Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, Horticulture or Agri-Business related field

At least three year experience.

Excellent communications, interpersonal, organizational and administrative skills.

Strong team player with outstanding team management skills.

Self-starter, motivated and proactive with solutions.

Ability to work independently without close supervision.

Computer literacy with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.
