Project Sales Coordinator

They are seeking to recruit a high caliber, results-oriented and self-driven Project Sales Coordinator.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in a similar role and be responsible for the following key responsibilities.
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements
- Assist the PM in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, RFP’s, tenders, budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedules
- Prepare project organization and communication charts
- Chair, coordinate sales and project meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members
- Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures
- Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team
- Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner
- Issue Contracts, Letters of Intent, Purchase Orders, etc.
- Maintain Contract Execution Tracking Log
- Track & manage contemplated change notices and change orders in the database
- Prepare substantial completion certificates and ensure all required project close out documents are obtained
- Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others
- Keep the Project Manager (PM) and others informed about project status and issues, Risks that may impact client relations
- Preparing and delivering Tender response documents and demonstrations of the software, articulately and confidently
- Identifying and developing new business through networking ,courtesy follow-up calls;
- Maintaining awareness and keeping abreast of constantly changing software and hardware systems and peripherals
- Networking with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades
- Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company and accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
- Develops and implement specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
- Act as a primary customer resource for calls, e-mails, and voice mails
Skill & Experience:
- Strong work ethic and desire to succeed.
- Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies.
- Proven ability to motivate and lead
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as training or manuals and technical handbooks.
- Ability to efficiently organize and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, computer proficiency skills
- Must have strong commitment to company values and the ability to work in a team and sales driven environment.
- Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
Education
- College degree preferred
- At least 2 to 3 years of sales & projects coordination support and customer service experience.
