Supply Planning and Customer Service Manager Jobs at Unilever, Kenya
Main Accountabilities
Lead supply planning in Unilever Tea East Africa for normal and innovation teas, covering green leaf and made tea.
Lead customer service in Unilever Tea East Africa.
Ensure that the Supply Planning, Central Stores and Customer Service annual budgets & expenditure in Unilever Tea Kenya are under control.
Deliver the business targets aligned to the Company Key Jobs To Be Done (KJTBD).
Lead development of short/long term customer service and supply planning strategies.
Responsible for Unilever Tea Kenya Central Stores and order follow up of local and overseas purchases.
Responsible for tea stock movement between Kenya & Tanzania i.e. outbound logistics.
Co-ordinate Unilever Tea Kenya fuelwood supply to all factories and monitor consumption.
Responsible for the management of central business contracts e.g. green leaf transport in Unilever Tea Kenya.
Responsible, for company asset disposals in conjunction with Procurement and Finance in Unilever Tea Kenya.
Minimum Qualifications for Customer Service Manager Kenyan Jobs
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or any other related field.
At least 3 years relevant experience.
Basic professional qualification in Supply Chain Management.
