Our Client is a telecom service provider company based in Nairobi.
They seek o hire a Client Service Executive who will be responsible for managing accounts, acquisition of new clients and retention of old clients through follow up and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary client business contact
- Establishing and maintaining long lasting relationships with the clients, nurturing business relationships with the existing and new clients with an objective of increasing company revenue by meeting the set targets
- Initiate new business by establishing new business contacts by developing thorough knowledge of the clients’ business and market trends

- Managing new and existing clients by ensuring constant communication
- Preparing comprehensive and timely reports
- Follow up with client for payments and invoices.
- Assessing the customer feedback and evaluating areas of improvement.
Skills and Qualifications Desired
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant filed
- Has a solid background on client service or account management
- Female candidates preferred
- Must have a good command in communications
- Must have good commercial knowledge
- Presentable
- Previous experience interacting with decision makers
- Ability to negotiate and ensure a win, win situation for all parties
