Our client is a furniture firm currently recruiting Sales Associates
Sales Associates Job Responsibilities
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions;
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem;
Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
Interior Design background
Proficiency in computer packages especially excel, internet and word.Good communication both verbal and written
Good organization skills
Attention to detail
Familiar with CAD software preferably archicad and autocad
